FLIGHT ADVICE
Previous students have had the best results using SkyScanner, especially on Tuesday afternoons.
You wil be flying to La Aurora, Guatemala City, and then there are 2 options: taking a public shuttle to Antigua for a night or two before coming to Tzununá in another public shuttle (about $30 total for both), or a private car direct from the airport to Gaia is $70 in total, which can be split up between multiple riders.
This includes Tuition for the Immersion, 2 Course Manuals, an e-copy of Eastern Body - Western Mind, 20+ Bonus Kriya & Meditation E-manuals, $100 non-refundable deposit, & Course Music. 3 Vegetarian meals for the 18 Training days are also included. Gluten Free & Vegan meals are also available at no extra charge.
Off days you can choose from the many amazing restaurants in Tzununá or San Marcos.
Single beds in the dormitory are included with Tuition.
Private Glamping Tipi is $250 extra for 1 person, or $350 for 2 people.
Private Rooms are $450 extra, or $500 for 2 people.
*If you need to cancel after reserving, you will receive your money back. (minus the $100 deposit) If canceling within two weeks of the course starting, you will receive 50% back. Your deposit will be good towards a Future Training of your choice.
If you need to leave once the course has started, we cannot offer any refund, but will send along the necessary materials and lectures for you to complete the course online on your own time.
You may arrive one day before the Immersion, and begin staying on-site at the Temple. Any students arriving earlier than that will need to stay in a hostel or hotel in San Marcos ot Tzununá. We most highly recommend Hostel Valle de Atitlan, La Paz, Hospedaje Panabaj.
Here is a list of the essentials to bring, in order to make your transition to mountain-side living as comfortable as possible. If you are renting a bed, your pillow, blanket, and sheets will be provided. You may want to bring one extra blanket, as it does get a little chilly in the mountains occasionally.
Everyone needs to bring these things:
-
Water Bottle - (Filtered Drinking Water is provided)
-
Book - Eastern Body Western Mind
-
Towel
-
Eco-Toiletries - (All greywater soaks into a banana circle, so bio-degradables only!) The local health food stores sell eco-herbal toothpaste, biodegradable deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, facewash, body and fash-lotion, bug repellant and first aid kits if you'd like to buy it down here.
-
Hiking shoes, or boots with a good sole
-
GSE (Grapefruit seed Extract) or Oreganol - for preventative use against viruses & parasites
-
Flashlight or Headlamp
