A General Overview of the Curriculum:

Week 1 - Grounding In To Sadhana
Our first week will be focused upon building a Sadhana (daily spiritual practice), and becoming very familiarized with the Kundalini sequencing and flow. We will deeply explore asana, kriyas, bandhas (body locks), meditation postures, pranayama, anatomy and physiology, yogic diet, abundance meditations, structural alignment, and more.

Week 2 - Raising Kundalini, Activating Dormant Power
Moving deeper into the subtle aspects of our anatomy, we will start to consciously direct Prana using the Bandhas (body locks), Drishti (Eye Focus), Dharana (concentration), and Kriya all together for a fuller Kundalini Experience, and learn the techniques of raising Kundalini safely.
You will also have the opportunity to begin leading sadhanas this week, and gain much practical teaching experience

Week 3 - From Me to We, Living in Our Heart
Practicing longer meditations and states of Stillness (Shuniya), we will be practicing 30 minute - 1hr meditations, Sat Nam Rasayan (kundalini energy healing), experience Aerobic Kriyas for heart expansion, explore the technology of Naad (Sound) Yoga, delve into the Lineage and History of Kundalini Yoga, Guru Nanak, and all about Bhakti Yoga.

Week 4 - Embracing Infinity, Choosing our Destiny
Learning the technologies of Auric Radiance, the 10 Light Bodies, Strengthening your ElectroMagnetic Field, HeartMath, Tantric Numerology, White Tantric Yoga, Spiritual Names & Destiny, Raja Yoga, The Resonance Project, Naam Jaapo, Savasana and Yoga Nidra.
Karma Yoga, the yoga of selfless action, humility, and serving others will also be explored and experienced in depth, as this is the truest form of serving God, and living a TRULY SPIRITUAL life.
